We are currently looking for:

Childcare Supervisor (RECE)

WMCC’s longtime Supervisor is planning her upcoming retirement. Although we are sad to see her go, we are excited to welcome a new Childcare Supervisor. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible so we can have maximum overlap time.

Do you enjoy working in a nature-rich, outdoor environment? Are you interested in adventure, problem-solving, and working as a part of a unique, tight-knit community on Toronto Island? WMCC is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team as Childcare Supervisor. WMCC is a licensed 24–32 space co-operative, non-profit preschool located on Toronto Island, offering a unique program that blends Montessori, play-based, and nature-based learning with extensive year-round outdoor time. This is an amazing opportunity for a RECE interested in adventure.
